Swords & Wizardry WhiteBox is published by Mythmere Games and written by Matt Finch and Marv Breig. It was released under the OGL and can be licensed by third party publishers to release compatible content. At its core, WhiteBox was designed to emulate the quick and dirty, rules not rulings style of gaming upon which the hobby was founded. Emulating, but not quite copying the iconic fantasy roleplaying game released in 1974, Swords & Wizardry WhiteBox is a concise, yet complete, roleplaying game that requires very little prep to run or play.
